From Approved Plans to Precision Installation

We manufacture and install custom cabinetry for builders, designers, and contractors once project specifications are finalized.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Consultation & Scope

We start by discussing your project and confirming the scope. At this stage, we focus on understanding the details of your design and the cabinetry requirements so you’ll know exactly how we can collaborate.

STEP 1

Proposal & Drawing

After our consultation, we provide a PDF proposal outlining the work, materials, and estimated costs. For a full 3D rendering and detailed proposal, a $500 drawing fee is required. Once this is received, your project moves forward and drawings are created.

STEP 2

Final Prep & Production

When your space is ready, we take final measurements and note any design adjustments. With a 50% deposit, your project moves into our build queue, which secures your spot and confirms you’re ready to move forward. Please note, fabrication may not begin immediately, as timing depends on current projects, but we’ll keep you updated on your schedule.

STEP 3

Delivery & Installation

Your cabinets are carefully transported from our shop to your space and expertly installed by our team. 40% of the project cost is due on the day of installation.

STEP 4

Touch Up & Final Inspection

Following installation, we handle any touch-ups and punch list items in a timely manner. While timing can vary depending on project scope, our goal is to minimize return visits and ensure everything meets your expectations. The final 10% is due upon completion.

FAQs

  • We can do all the cabinets needed for a new construction house. This includes but is not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mud rooms, built-in book cases, closets, and pantries. We build and finish everything in-house including our cabinet boxes, doors, and drawers.

  • Our cabinet boxes are constructed from 3/4" birch with a hardwood face frame. The plywood and lumber used can vary by project and customer choice.

  • We have the classic shaker (flat profile) and a beaded profile (ogee style). If door style is an issue we can always order the tooling to make a profile or order the doors for an additional cost.

  • Yes, we have a dedicated paint department in our shop where my team and I do all of our own finishing, including paint and stain.

  • Color is fully customizable. Provide your color code or physical sample and we’ll match it with our cabinet grade paint.

  • One specified paint color is included per project. Additional colors are $300 each, reflecting the additional production time and equipment cleaning required.

  • Lead times are determined by project size and current production volume. If you can provide your target delivery date in advance, we will schedule production accordingly to best meet your timeline.

  • This depends on the job size. If you are building a new construction home and we are building the cabinets for the entire house, you can expect installation to be around 3-5 days. A smaller kitchen remodel might be 1-2 days.

  • Yes. Closet systems are built out of 3/4" door grade MDF, no melamine. Like our other cabinets – we manufacture, finish, and install them ourselves.

  • We do not do countertops but would be happy to refer you to a great local business.

  • Our 6000 sqft manufacturing facility is in Sanford, NC. We primarily serve projects within an hour radius to ensure quality control, efficient scheduling, and attentive service. This includes but is not limited to Pinehurst, Raleigh, Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Durham, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Garner.

  • Our showroom is small, with only select samples available. We’re happy to meet with you and your client to review these samples, but it’s not a retail-style showroom — most choices are based on your existing design plans.
